Family Loan Options ("Family Loan Options," "we," "us") is a mortgage broker operating through Altamont Funding, Inc., NMLS ID 2603233, with loan officer Tim Rhey, NMLS ID 883312. We are a broker, not a lender. We help people explore funding options and connect them with licensed lending partners.
This policy explains what information we collect through familyloanoptions.com (the "Site"), by phone, and by email; how we use and share it; and the choices you have. We never sell your personal information.

Information you give us. When you use our questionnaire, contact us, or talk with us, you may provide:

How we share information

Lending partners: when you ask us to pursue a specific option, we share the information needed for that lender to review your request. The lender's own privacy notice then applies to what it receives.

Altamont Funding, Inc.: as the licensed mortgage company we operate through, for supervision, compliance, and recordkeeping.
